The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. This role requires deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom code using Apex (classes, triggers, controller extensions), LWC, and Aura
• Develop and manage complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Use declarative tools (Flow) where appropriate and programmatic solutions for complex logic
• Write comprehensive test classes (90%+ coverage) and support UAT
• Work with Git, GitHub/Azure DevOps, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience exclusively on Salesforce
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Advanced data modeling and governor limits knowledge
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Git and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Change Sets, CI/CD)

Preferred

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
• Experience with Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
• Experience with middleware and Heroku
• Agile/Scrum experience
