We are looking for a high-energy, data driven 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our team and help organizations across the MENA regional scale using Salesforce and AI-powered solutions.
The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you won't just be "selling software." You will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them navigate the complex landscape of Cloud Computing and Predictive/Generative AI.
You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from identifying growth opportunities to ensuring long-term success for our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives, ensuring Elemental Tech’s solutions align with their business goals.
- Educate clients on how Salesforce and AI can optimize their operations and customer experience.
- Work across our teams in Egypt, UAE, and KSA to deliver localized, high-impact strategies.
- Maintain an accurate forecast and meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B Technology Sales or Account Management (SaaS/Cloud experience is a must).
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Ecosystem. AI/Machine Learning literacy is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of managing accounts in Egypt, UAE, or KSA markets.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a major plus).
- A "Consultative Seller" who listens more than they talk and solves problems with data.
